Walmart
My role: Principal Designer (UI/UX Design, Research)
My team: Senior Designers and Product Managers
Over the past several years at Walmart, I’ve served as a Principal Product Designer, driving meaningful impact across both internal tools and customer-facing experiences. In this role, I’ve balanced design leadership, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions that are both strategic and user-centered.
My work began with internal platforms for Walmart associates—designing tools that help manage store operations more efficiently. From systems that streamline issue reporting to interfaces that monitor refrigeration alarms, these solutions empowered associates to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
I then led the end-to-end redesign of a technician-facing app—reimagining it as a smart, supportive companion from onboarding through long-term use. This redesign improved field efficiency, introduced scalable design patterns, and fostered stronger engagement among technicians.
Most recently, I transitioned to the eCommerce fashion team, collaborating closely with another designer to envision the future of fashion shopping at Walmart. Together, we explored innovative, customer-first experiences aimed at redefining how style and discovery come to life on a mass retail platform.
