Result: Increased retention and Reduced calls to Customer Experience

The Canary app needed an overhaul; it hadn't been touched since it launched in 2015. Updated functionality and new features were introduced ad hoc, leading to inconsistency within our design system.

Our hypothesis and research highlighted gaps in the user experience and visual identity. The user research we conducted validated the hypothesis. We better understood our users' usage patterns and overall concerns and feelings.
